- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have monthly package discounts! Our pricing is competitive and we can build packages based on your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first get to know the client, what their needs are, the date and times, and their budget. Then we review their inspiration photos or vision board to provide decorative solutions tailored to their event. Once they are happy with the selections, we send out the estimate and contract. Once signed, they can secure their date and time with a 30% deposit. Full payments are due at the time of installation.

I’m a project manager by trade and have extensive experience in planning and decor.
