- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are clear and upfront with no hidden fees or costs. Any additional costs are discussed and approved prior to work being completed. Generally pricing is based on a per cabinet basis with separate charges for trim, crown molding, handles, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering as much information as possible regarding the scope of the project. Site visits are completed on an as-needed basis and also based on schedule. Once an estimate is approved and 50% deposit paid, the schedule is set and work begins. The final balance is not due until work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience working in custom cabinet fabrication shops and handling cabinet installations. Over the years, I’ve developed extensive expertise in every stage of the process, from design and fabrication to final installation. My background gives me a deep understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of cabinetry, allowing me to create solutions that are both functional and visually appealing.
