- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple. I charge 95 to come out and that just helps me cover the cost that thumbtack charges every contractor when you are connected with them .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hire me and I will come out and fix it every time ! I appreciate all my customer who help me provide for my family and 2 small children
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the industry 12 years and am a licensed contractor . I have had factory training on major brands and have a background in commercial refrigeration.
