Do not hesitate to hire Cool Time! I reached out through Thumbtack as a new potential customer. Their response time was less that 15 minutes. Next thing I knew, Juan was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was kind, conscientious and professional. The cost was more than reasonable. True 5 stars!!

After researching several companies for a new a/c, I contacted Cool Time and spoke with Alex. He listened to our needs and gave options for the best unit for us. He is very knowledgeable with each unit discussed. He was very responsive with any questions we had, no matter how many times I texted him, and very pleasant to talk with. The crew is great! They were all kind, polite, and knowledgeable about the product being installed. Never, ever had I heard my husband say “Can I turn the air down? It’s too cold.” We are happy we found Cool Time! LB

I've worked with Cool Time on a couple of different projects, including a full HVAC replacement, and they have always been nothing but friendly, professional, and willing to work through obstacles together. They were the only local HVAC company that would even talk to me when I wanted to use my home warranty to help pay for costs, and that alone convinced me that this is a company that genuinely cares and wants to do right by their customer. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple. I charge 95 to come out and that just helps me cover the cost that thumbtack charges every contractor when you are connected with them .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hire me and I will come out and fix it every time ! I appreciate all my customer who help me provide for my family and 2 small children
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the industry 12 years and am a licensed contractor . I have had factory training on major brands and have a background in commercial refrigeration.
