Juan was excellent to work with! He was super responsive, punctual, well spoken, and easy to work with. I shared pictures with him beforehand and he knew exactly what to do, and repaired our AC within 20 minutes. For reference the job that we needed help with was converting our regular thermostat to a smart thermostat. Overall we would highly recommend them as their work was super fast and high quality!

I highly recommend hiring Juan with Phoenix Sons Services for ALL your HVAC repair needs whether it is repair or a new system. I hired Juan through Thumbtack last week when my AC went out when fan stopped working in the unit. He was responsive and very professional and this guy knows air conditioners. He was extremely trustworthy with a great work ethic and focus on giving me the best service at the best price. With his experience and confidence he knew exactly how to fix the problem and he also did all the maintenance on it including cleaning it to look shiny and new! I waited a week before posting a review and I can confirm my AC has been running like new and better than in last couple years. His pricing was very fair and super competitive and lower than what I had expected as I have an old unit and most companies want to immediately replace it. I will eventually have to replace it and when I do I will have Juan do it.

Juan was amazing. He showed up same day, well past normal working hours to fix an issue that another technician had created. He was professional and clear and educated me throughout the process. He is going to be my first call anytime I have AC issues - I highly recommend him.

Juan and Armando provided exceptional service! They were able to fix my clogged HVAC primary drain line in 1 trip. They showed up 100% prepared. A well known HVAC company came out 4 times to unclog the drain line but couldn’t. Juan and Armando are knowledgeable and hard working. I highly recommend Phoenix Sons Services.
