Juan was wonderful! He communicated when he was on the way and the service was unbeatable. He cleared a drain on the mini split AC unit quickly and made sure it was working properly, he also cleaned the filter and wiped down the unit for me. He happily replaced a central air filter that wasn’t easy to access and suggested further maintenance to the system to get it working properly. Juan made sure to show me what he was doing so I could understand the system better answered all questions clearly. The price couldn’t be beat and I will definitely be using his services again!

Juan did an excellent job in repairing our AC which had a leak in the aluminum coil. He explained to me exactly where the issue and walked me through all the ways he found the issue. This was very helpful in helping me understand the issue since it was a big repair. His pricing was also the best so I will be going to him for all my future HVAc and heating needs.

Juan was excellent to work with! He was super responsive, punctual, well spoken, and easy to work with. I shared pictures with him beforehand and he knew exactly what to do, and repaired our AC within 20 minutes. For reference the job that we needed help with was converting our regular thermostat to a smart thermostat. Overall we would highly recommend them as their work was super fast and high quality!

I highly recommend hiring Juan with Phoenix Sons Services for ALL your HVAC repair needs whether it is repair or a new system. I hired Juan through Thumbtack last week when my AC went out when fan stopped working in the unit. He was responsive and very professional and this guy knows air conditioners. He was extremely trustworthy with a great work ethic and focus on giving me the best service at the best price. With his experience and confidence he knew exactly how to fix the problem and he also did all the maintenance on it including cleaning it to look shiny and new! I waited a week before posting a review and I can confirm my AC has been running like new and better than in last couple years. His pricing was very fair and super competitive and lower than what I had expected as I have an old unit and most companies want to immediately replace it. I will eventually have to replace it and when I do I will have Juan do it.
