Introduction

First of all I spend the time to complete the repair properly. I do not rush through my services, I make sure the job is done right. Second, I understand how the economy is these days and because of that it reflects in my pricing. I only charge $40 per computer to get ANYTHING FIXED. Imagine you have a virus, computer runs slow, and your wireless internet is not working. Well I would come in there, remove the virus without reinstalling your operating system, diagnose to make sure there are no other issues, fix the wireless network, re-setup or reconfigure the network if needed, tune up the computer to get it running as fast as possible, make a list of possible upgrades to help with computer performance and suggested network upgrades for greater security and data backup peace of mind. I get to work with a lot of people. I honestly care a lot about my customers and it is one of the reasons why I left Apple, Inc because of bad business practices and the fact they would do nothing for their customers even though they made a huge mistake and admitted to it. I serve as the middle man, I make sure things are done right and that my customers will not suffer because of something a large corporation "forgot" to mention to make money. I also am a consumer myself, I feel great saving my customers a LOT of money. Just consider this, if you went to Best Buy to get a virus removed it can cost from $200-$300 dollars. For better service you call me and save $160-$260!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well I orginally started out as a Plastic Engineer and honestly didn't like what I was studying so I immediately switched to Computer Information Systems. Why? I realized I spent 4-5 hours a day working with computers some way or another. Every friend I knew and family was contacting me to repair their system or network. It was obvious. So I went to work with major computer companies and found out about how terrible their services are... EVEN APPLE. They lie to their customers, they are deceptive, they put out upgrades and ruin peoples lives and do nothing about it to fix the issue or warn the customers of any problems they may experience when they knew exactly what would happen. THAT is the reason why I do this and for such a low cost.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs are: virus removals, wireless network setup, wireless printer setup, hard drive replacement, laptop hardware repairs, small business network consulting, design, and implementation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice to give is to look for the best service at the most affordable cost to you. Look for a provider that is willing to spend time to get the job done right but not charge over $200 for a single computer repair. Take me for example I repair computers for a $40 flate rate per computer and if it takes 4 hours or a couple days to repair than I will take that time and not charge extra for it. Many people will charge PER HOUR costing you hundreds of dollars and it is totally UNREASONABLE! You can find a technician that is A+, Network+, MCSE, ACMT, and more for a low cost but honestly I have the best product at the RIGHT price!
