5th Strand did a great job not only cleaning our deck and house but bringing our rock staircase back to life. Eric was very easy to work with and didn’t try to sell us on more than what we needed and requested. We will be using him again in the future.

I hired this company to clean all the concrete around my home. Let me just say they exceeded all expectations and did an amazing job. Will definitely be hiring again.

Trying to get help with a simple job, but got accused of costing him money because he stopped to read my request! Seems like a difficult person to deal with for any job!

Scotty’s Pressure Washing's reply
You didn’t deal with me nor did I do any work for you. Your scope of work was misleading. I estimated the job based on the information you provided. Let’s be clear, I did not accuse you of costing me money. I simply stated the process. I lost money based on your incomplete/misleading job description. I can and will push back and can easily say you are highly likely ‘that client’ that demands expectations to be met without providing clear description. Good luck.
