FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, we would never "Pressure Sell" anyone as we are not fans of that. We have packages for Weddings & Parties/Events for 4 hours & 6 hours as they are the most popular time frames. We are not a "budget" DJ Company. We are on the mid-range level of the DJ Industry standards. We provide quality DJ services with quality equipment. Prices are contingent on how much equipment is needed, how long your event is, Set-Up/Take-Down, Travel, & options you decide to include in your package. We encourage potential clients to speak with us to determine what you need for your event to give you the right pricing. Once a potential client decides to hire us, we require a 25% Non-refundable deposit & a contract to be signed to book you for your date. Remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to the event date at the latest. Payments can be paid via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal, or Credit Card (fees will apply). Communication is very important with us as we want to help make your event successful & memorable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always ask potential clients specifics on their event and work from there. We offer different packages and options for Weddings & Parties/Events as they are priced differently. We will never "pressure sell". Looking for the right DJ for events can be stressful and we'd like potential clients to feel comfortable while speaking with us. Don't ever be intimidated as we are easy to talk to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started mobile djing at 12 years old for various types of events. At the age of 18/19 years old, I did some club work. For more than 30 years I've been djing on & off but have started my own dj company in October of 2021.
