- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we are using a very updated program called Service Titan that allows you the customer to view the services to be performed on the technicians iPad and approve the repairs before the work is performed. This allows you to feel confident and at peace with the amount owed for services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will be heavily informed before the work is performed and you will know exactly what you are paying for. We will never sell or try to upgrade you in anything that you do not need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have completed all the hours and education required by the TSBPE Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
