- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each fence and deck are different in many ways, I will give an estimate based on many factors to make sure there are not any surprises once the work has started. You will receive an honest estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the client's wants and needs are, then discuss with them the options they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in the fencing industry. I have worked my way up from the bottom and have recently started my own business.
