The communication was great. The person who serviced my treadmill assessed the machine before working on it. It only required a service and a cleanup. He also advised me how to maintain it going forward.

Great team, was able to get the parts needed for my joist cable machine and get it fixed very fast. They also made sure my snitch machine was lubricated and ready to go. After all everything works as new thanks to Shawn. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Gym Studios is beyond good, they are excellent. The timely response to my initial inquiry was really good. I sent over a few pictures along with the identifying make and model, and they were able to give me a quote for the repair. They performed full maintenance, vacuuming and cleaning up years worth of wear and use. My treadmill literally looks brand new! I am certainly glad I found them and will definitely use them again.
