- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by understanding the customer’s issue and scheduling an appointment. During the visit, we perform a complete diagnostic, explain the findings clearly, and present repair options upfront. Once approved, we complete the repair efficiently, test the appliance, and ensure everything is working properly before leaving.
