FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend a sufficient amount of time talking with customers about their projects in order to understand the entire look, feel, and functionality of the space they want renovated. The first step is always a meeting at the property to have a look around and discuss the details. Estimates are free and can often be provided same day for small jobs. Larger jobs take longer and may require a small deposit if extensive time and/or research is required to provide a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attribute my attention to detail to the U.S. submarine fleet, where I spent 9 years troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical equipment. Afterwards, I spent 8 years at Lockheed Martin testing and inspecting $12M simulators at various locations around the globe, developing leadership skills and broadening my cultural horizons through world travel. I further developed my troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities through a physics degree at UT Austin, and have been renovating and flipping homes since 2015.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I will have so many questions for you about your project so that I can provide my best service. Try to be prepared for detailed questions about the look and purpose of the space you are renovating. But if you don't have it all figured out, don't worry - I can help you with that, too.
