We go above and beyond your needs always doing a little something extra beyond the contracted scope of work. We are meticulous working through your gardens making sure no plants are damaged to get to the windows. As well as inside making sure we leave our area cleaner than we found it. We wear shoe booties and use drop clothes as well as put everything back exactly how we found it. Window Cleaning is a want, not a necessity. With this in mind, we take an extreme amount of pride in providing a 5 star luxury service! This extension of pride branches throughout the rest of our services.

Nick and Tina had a big job in front of them at our historic house museuma very old building (and 2 outbuildings) with gutters that hadnt been cleaned in several years and hazy windows. They did a great job of cleaning and unclogging the gutters, carrying away a lot of debris while leaving the ground clean as a whistle. Then they tackled cleaning the building, windows, and shutters. That dirt wasnt as built up, but because we are close to IH35, it is hard to get clean. They used a soft brush method without harsh chemicals to clean a fragile building and make it sparkle! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only standard pricing we have is for our gutter cleaning service. We charge $185 for up to 200 square feet of gutters. Anything additional is $1 per foot. This usually covers a home up to 3,000 square feet. The service includes hand removal of all debris. Bagged up and hauled away. The entire gutter system and each downspout is flushed to ensure proper water flow. Any leaks are sealed with gutter sealant and any sagging gutters are reinforced with gutter screws.

We wanted to provide a 5 Star service and we have found our calling!
