- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a family owned and operated business. We have skilled men and they all have families. Our master carpenters have been in the industry for 25 years and have an incredible skillset. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CHEAP, you may just find that and be looking for someone again not too far down the road and it cost you a lot more from the damage. 70% of our work is from people who have had poor workmanship the first time or not protected their investment along the way. Be careful about the effects of brushing things under the rug and not doing it right the first time. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit with the potential customer and evaluate their project and concerns so that we are able to make a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
