- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Anything related to the final price is best discussed at a meeting. Since the customer may not take into account and sometimes simply not know how this or that process will go. Any discussion of prices should be open and without deception on both sides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We correspond, agree on a meeting place and time. I come, evaluate and after receiving approval, I immediately begin work. I work clearly and neatly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took courses to become a professional builder and also studied extensively about house building, concrete, and interior finishing.
