Installer was fantastic, great personality, he was very professional, answered all questions I had, assisted in picking up my 85" television, he connected all cables to back of tv, explained how tv mount worked, installation was complete in a reasonable time.

I loved how responsive he was and even followed up with me which was helpful as I had a busy to do list. He arrived when he said he would and did a fantastic job hanging our tv. I liked how he checked in with us and explained things so that we could make informed decisions on how we wanted it. He was very knowledgeable. Bonus points for engaging with my nosey 3 year old.
