We provide in home estimate free of charge on a case by case basis
For general Handyman work we charge $150 for the first hour and $100 for every additional hour.
The following is a list of common requests and some basic labor pricing
- Drywall repairs $150 & up based on the scope of work required.
- Plumbing and Electrical work has a service call of $150 for troubleshooting the issues with a $500 minimum for work done
- Ceiling fan installation/replacement start at $125 per fan.
- Garbage Disposal repair/replacement starts at $125
- Painting and finish carpentry items will be estimated based on the project
- General Contracting and Bathroom Remodeling has a fee off $150 for estimates with is charged before estimates are sent out and credited to the final invoice
