The following is a list of common requests and some basic labor pricing - Drywall repairs $150 & up based on the scope of work required. - Plumbing and Electrical work has a service call of $150 for troubleshooting the issues with a $500 minimum for work done - Ceiling fan installation/replacement start at $125 per fan. - Garbage Disposal repair/replacement starts at $125 - Painting and finish carpentry items will be estimated based on the project

Very responsive, friendly, and helpful plumber. Taught me well while performing the replacement of my garbage disposal quickly. I wish there was more clarity on up front prices. Over the phone I was told $150 for service, $125 for each additional hour (which was accurate), and was told ~$100 for the new garbage disposal. The new garbage disposal actually price was $170 with tax, so total cost for me was $320. I would have bought my own garbage disposal for cheaper (same model available for $130 on sale) if I knew beforehand they would charge full price and tax for the replacement part.

"Handyman" services are a dime-a-dozen; finding a pro like Roger is like striking gold. Needed a ceiling fan hung, but outdoors on a pergola over a swim/spa. A little of out of the usual, but Roger responded quickly and did the job in about an hour. The price was extremely fair and the work was top-notch. And I loved how he gave me an arrival window and then texted me when he was on his way with an ETA. I couldn't have asked for more.
