Introduction

Hey Y'All, I have been working on homes or small business's for over 30 years. Most of my time has been in remodeling homes either after some sort of property damage such as a water/mold remediation/fire loss or on rental properties. I have seen and repaired pretty much everything inside of a home. As a rental property owner myself, I specialize in getting homes move in ready. Whether that is remodeling outdated bathrooms or kitchen, or just touching up and replacing worn out/damaged items. We can handle it all We provide in home estimate free of charge. Instant bookings are subject to a $150 service fee, if you complete the job with us we will apply it to your final invoice. For hourly Handyman work we charge $125 for the first hour and $100 for every additional hour. Drywall repairs start at $150 and are based on the job. Plumbing and Electrical work starts at $125 per hour. Ceiling fan installation/replacement $125 per fan. Audio/Video connection and installation $150 per hour. Accent walls are a custom item and requite an on site visit for design and an estimate. Our availability on projects will be discussed on an individual basis. We reserve the right to cancel a booking through email, and reschedule based not the project requirements. We realize that thumbtack is limited on items you can select when booking with us and we will verify the scope of work and materials needed prior to locking in a booking. I had a great experience with RK services. Alan switched out some lights, hung curtain rods and some hangers for me. He did a great job and gave me some great advice on some other projects. I will use RK services for future projects.

Roger did an excellent job and his prices were upfront and fair. He came out for the initial review and estimate and explained his process based on what I was requesting to be completed. I'm very happy with my updated powder room. The room was painted, and an accent wallpaper installed but a wallpaper specialist installed the paper. My old light fixture was removed by Roger and a new one installed. The old mirror was removed and a new one installed and the towel ring placed in a more functional location. I will be hiring this company again.

Hmmmm. Pet peeve, Im big on punctuality. RJ provided a 1 hour window and called to say he would be late by 15 minutes, He was 30 minutes late. Another pet peeve Thumbtack states his hourly was $60. Once we agreed on a time and date he advised that while his hourly was $60, the 1st hour was $100. Yes I could have cancelled right there but didnt. RJ knows what he is doing. I asked him to hang a very heavy pot rack to a 10 ft ceiling. . BUT he immediately ID'd the way I wanted was nor plausible as ceiling joists were running opposite to ny desire, He came up with 2 options and executed the 1 of my preference deftly. Cleaned the dust up etc. Bottom line YES I would hire him again/. He is very talented at what he does and is very professional
