I have been working on homes or small business's for over 30 years. Most of my time has been in remodeling homes either after some sort of property damage such as a water/mold remediation/fire loss or on rental properties. I have seen and repaired pretty much everything inside of a home.
As a rental property owner myself, I specialize in getting homes move in ready. Whether that is remodeling outdated bathrooms or kitchen, or just touching up and replacing worn out/damaged items. We can handle it all
We provide in home estimate free of charge.
Instant bookings are subject to a $150 service fee, if you complete the job with us we will apply it to your final invoice.
For hourly Handyman work we charge $125 for the first hour and $100 for every additional hour.
If 2 team members are needed for the project the hourly charge is $175/hour
Drywall repairs start at $150 and are based on the job.
Plumbing and Electrical work starts at $125 per hour.
Ceiling fan installation/replacement $125 per fan.
Audio/Video connection and installation $150 per hour.
Accent walls are a custom item and requite an on site visit for design and an estimate.
Our availability on projects will be discussed on an individual basis. We reserve the right to cancel a booking through email, and reschedule based not the project requirements. We realize that thumbtack is limited on items you can select when booking with us and we will verify the scope of work and materials needed prior to locking in a booking. Instant bookings will not guarantee a booking with us.
