Introduction: Hey Y'All, I have been working on homes or small business's for over 30 years. Most of my time has been in remodeling homes either after some sort of property damage such as a water / fire loss or on rental properties. I have seen and repaired pretty much everything inside of a home. As a rental property owner myself, I specialize in getting homes move in ready. Whether that is remodeling outdated bathrooms or kitchen, or just touching up and replacing worn out / damaged items. We can handle it all We provide in home estimate free of charge. For hourly work we charge $100 for the first hour and $75 for every additional hour. Drywall repairs will be situationally costed. Plumbing and Electrical work is $125 per hour. Our availability on projects will be discussed on an individual basis

Everything was great about the experience. Responded to the initial contact in a timely fashion and was fully communicative throughout the planning. Showed up on-time and ready to get to work. Quality work and stayed in the agreed upon budget. I would certainly hire again for other projects.

Incredible team. Was able to book an appointment within the same week for 5-6 things we needed installed. They showed up and we’re able to do everything at the estimated price (even ended up getting done a little quicker than expected) They proactively followed up to make sure everything was working well. A minor issue had occurred but they were out within 1-2 days from us letting them know and it’s all perfect now

Roger did an excellent job and his prices were upfront and fair. He came out for the initial review and estimate and explained his process based on what I was requesting to be completed. I'm very happy with my updated powder room. The room was painted, and an accent wallpaper installed but a wallpaper specialist installed the paper. My old light fixture was removed by Roger and a new one installed. The old mirror was removed and a new one installed and the towel ring placed in a more functional location. I will be hiring this company again.

They were really easy to work with and came quickly to help me install a fan in our outdoor patio when I didn’t have a ladder tall enough to do it myself. Quality of the install was great and my wife is thrilled to have this nice fan outside finally! We can’t wait to start using our patio! Thanks so much for the quality and the quick work!

Roger and team helped us with chandelier/pendant lights/fan installation. They did an awesome job with the installs and were kind enough to accommodate us when we needed them to add extensions to the chandeliers . Overall very responsive, professional and high quality work. Would definitely have them help in upcoming projects as well as recommend them to friends and family .
