- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent, flat-rate pricing on most standard handyman jobs. For hourly work, our rates are competitive and clearly communicated before any work begins. No surprise charges. We don't add fees at the end of a job. If scope changes mid-project we'll discuss it with you before proceeding. Multiple jobs in one visit are the most cost-effective way to work with us. If you have a list of small repairs, we can knock them out in a single visit rather than charging a trip fee each time. There is no charge for an initial conversation about your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick conversation first. We start with a brief message or call to understand your project — what needs to be done, any relevant details, and your timeline. No commitment required. 2. Clear price before we start. For most jobs we provide a flat-rate quote upfront. For larger or more complex projects we may do a quick on-site assessment first. Either way, you'll know the cost before any work begins. 3. We show up ready to work. Our technician arrives on time with the tools and materials needed for the job. We treat your home with respect — clean up after ourselves and don't leave you with a half-finished project. 4. You confirm you're happy. Before we pack up we walk through the completed work with you. Your satisfaction is the standard, not just task completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are experienced tradespeople with hands-on backgrounds in general carpentry, drywall, door and window repair, minor plumbing and electrical, and general home maintenance.
