Kiefer was the very first to reply to my request for windowtinting. I had a small window of opportunity to get this job done before our guest arrived, he understood the urgency and worked us into his schedule! He is very knowledgeable, Kind, punctual and definitely knows what he is doing. He is reasonable with his prices and probably one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a fair price for this area my product comes with a 15 year warranty. I have not had any call back other than people wanting me to do more work for them. If there are any issues let me know I I’m here to help.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Need to collect information either for their car, home business or whatever it may be so I can give a proper estimate, once the estimate is excepted we take a 25% deposit to lock in the app and order materials needed. Materials take about 3 days to arrive if we don’t have it in stock already. Some jobs require multiple days. Most do not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years experience, trained under Tintman Chris and took classes with world renowned window tinter Jeff Welch.
