Jaden and Logan were the guys who helped me move. They were efficient and brought positivity to a stressful move. My bed had a headboard that wouldn't fit through the door but they were creative and disassembled then reassembled the bed/headboard for me again. Everything was moved with care and super quickly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a set hourly rate with a max price set by our team, or in some cases a “Total Price” quote. We require a 2 hour minimum but will make exceptions for a 1 hour minimum if a job is within our general vicinity and takes less than 30 minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will receive an hourly price quote or a total price quote from us. We will then gather all the details of your job. After that, we will put your job on the schedule!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in many different fields of labor. We have put the time in to learn and grow as a team.
