We offer both personal training and group fitness depending on your preference. What sets us apart is that a Physical Therapist makes the programming and oversees all the coaches. We work with any past injuries in the right way and we will also prevent injuries from occurring. We also have nutrition pros on staff that help with healthy food habits! We make it the best hour of your day. We look forward to meeting you!

Elevate coaches are all very well trained which makes them awesome at their jobs. They always demonstrate the movements, very carefully watch each member during workouts to ensure we are moving correctly not to injure ourselves. They also help individuals with scaling if needed. Very friendly and such a great atmosphere.

I’ve been to many gyms in the past and have never had the community that Elevate provides. The workouts are fun and effective, the staff are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the community is so supportive and kind. They honor your injuries and medical considerations while still helping you feel accomplished regardless of your modifications. l I could not recommend this gym enough, an absolute gem.

We love to do a one-on-one before jumping into a class or personal training session to go over your history, goals, any injuries etc. Sign up for a free consult!
