- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages if you purchase 10 sessions you get 1 free. I also offer discounts for couples or small groups (per person)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a trial session first to chat about goals, injuries, schedule, medical history and do a short workout so client can see my set up and style. It’s important to make sure we both feel comfortable working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer and have been training groups, couples and individuals for over 13 years.
