- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a list of probing questions that are pertinent to our client’s particular situation and needs. This allows us to inform our client of the expectation to the success of the investigation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our investigators are former Law Enforcement and District Attorney criminal investigators that have investigated an array of criminal and civil cases. With over 15 yrs of investigative experience, in both criminal law and civil law investigations. Innovative Investigations brings a treasure trove of investigative experience to each case we are privileged to investigate. From theft to missing persons, missing or hidden property to murders and child crimes. We have experience in reviewing criminal case reports for best practices of the investigation or the lack there of; to assist in providing you with a quality defense. In civil cases we will provide you with the answers to the personal issues you are in desperate need of. We have had success in divorce and child custody investigations as well as business solutions for fraud to mismanagement.
