- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $85(can vary depending on farther distance) Show Up/System Check fee that is due no matter what. With that we will go through your entire system to make sure it is working properly and if not let you know what needs to be fixed. We will let you know what needs to be fixed immediately as well as others things that can improve your systems efficiency. We will give you an estimate at that time and you can decide what if anything you would like us to do. Most jobs can be completed the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer reaches out to us we will get all of the pertinent information (i.e. contact information, address, type of controller, current problem etc...) and get them on the schedule. In most cases we can schedule them within three businesss days and same day in emergency situations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with Raintree USA for the past three years to get my required experience that the State of Texas mandates for an Irrigation License. Then I passed my Irrigation License Exam which is also required by the State of Texas to do any type of irrigation work. TX# LI 0028106
