I had a persistent cloudy water problem and wanted to clear it up before relatives visited. It was our last chance to swim this season. Thomas was very helpful and committed to clearing my water. He communicated well, came when he said he would, kept in touch and even researched my problem with the Baquacil helpline. I was impressed with his dedication to solving my problem. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I ultimately had to do the vac to waste myself due to an issue with a neighbor that prevents us from vacuuming to waste onto the ground. I used a small pump that I already had, and ran a backwash hose to the sewer. He got the pool to the point where it was pretty easy for me to do the rest. Before that I was really stumped. If I have problems in the future, or just need some regular maintenance, I won't hesitate to hire him again. I can't upload the photo for some reason. It's sparkling.
