I've owned a pool for over 10 years now, and I've worked with at least a dozen companies for small/large repairs, back to blue, monthly service, etc. Tyler and his team at Aqua Pearl Pools were one of the most responsible, professional, and attentive companies I've ever worked with. It was a simple repair for a damaged housing unit in my pool pump, but they treated me as a priority and got everything fixed within 48 hours of me sending my first message, and it would've been quicker if I have the go ahead right away. They are a solid choice and very fair on pricing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive with other providers in the area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically visit their pool in person and then provide a quote right away. If it is a repair and the parts are in stock, we can typically do the work within 24-48 hours. If it’s a green to clean, we can usually start while I’m visiting and quoting the pool.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
