I needed a ceiling fan reinstalled because of a broken mounting piece. Nick was incredibly quick to respond, took the time to discuss the problem with me, and quoted a very fair price. He arrived exactly when he said he would on the very same day. The job turned out to be trickier than expected, and he wasn't able to finish it on the first visit because of the specific replacement part needed. However, he promised to return with the correct part and came back the very next day to get it done. What really stood out was his communication and his fantastic attitude. He worked incredibly hard to solve the problem and make sure the job was done right. I really appreciate his work ethic and will definitely call him again!
