- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fixed, however we do offer discounts to Active Duty, Veterans, First Responders, Teachers, and Seniors. Trip fees are assessed based on service coverage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process begins with introductions, assessing the problem over the phone, and offering solutions that make sense. We don't want to add to your existing problem we want to be the solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 54 years of combined plumbing experience with 2 Master Plumbers and 5 licensed technicians on board. We are mandated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners to maintain continuum education for all our practicing technicians. We also carry OSHA compliance training, as well as Job-Site safety procedures to minimize risks.
