Computer Repair
You will find very friendly people and service at Cray Networks. My computer keyboard had keys that stopped working at the same time and the problem was fixed in a week. The price originally quoted was the second cheapest quote I recieved but the price of the keyboard and additional fee made it much more than I had anticipated however.
Jun 13, 2015VerifiedCray Networks, Inc.'s replyThanks so much for the kind words Madeline. I am also confused about the additional fee and more than you anticipated portion in your review? We pride ourselves on 100% satisfaction and this concerns me. I left a voicemail and sent an email about the additional $10 fee to install a replacement keyboard, and the price of the keyboard being $30. It was also discussed with you prior to your agreeing to the service being performed and ordering your keyboard. Was there something we misquoted you during this process? If so, please let me know so that we can take care of the problem. Thanks so much for your comment. Ryan

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No complications here. We have a flat hourly rate for service - remote or onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, just attended a Dell seminar today. We are constantly reading articles, installing new devices, and yes even take classes from time to time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I grew tired of waiting on IT providers to show up and fix the problems. I was an accountant and had been working with computers for quite some time. It just came naturally.
