- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to build you a piece of furniture that will impress and last a very long time. My prices will be a honest reflection of the level of effort used to build your piece. I prefer not to work with cheap wood veneer or pine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet in person or through video chat. I will present an estimate and contract before any paid work begins. Depending on the scale of the project, I can also prepare a sketch and 3D model.
