LRL took a very small job we had for a ceiling mounting plank so we could hang a plugin pendant where there was no joist for the hanger. He finished before the estimate turnaround and it was exactly as ordered. Will definitely call on LRL again for our woodworking or cabinetry needs.

It won't let me choose all five categories for Luis, but he was great in all five including quality of work, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality. I could not believe I finally found someone to fix my broken cabinet drawers. He responded so quickly, asked for photos, asked all the right questions about what was wrong with the drawers, scheduled me and stuck to his agreed upon time, showed up when he promised he would arrive, explained everything that needed to happen, got the parts to fix, rebuilt the broken drawers with BETTER MATERIALS than the builder had used and I now have functioning cabinet drawers. I have another cabinet that needs fixin' and I cannot wait to have him back to make it all look and work as it should. Thank you, Luis. People, hire this man if you have cabinets, drawers, or any other woodworking projects that require a professional!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to build you a piece of furniture that will impress and last a very long time. My prices will be a honest reflection of the level of effort used to build your piece. I prefer not to work with cheap wood veneer or pine.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet in person or through video chat. I will present an estimate and contract before any paid work begins. Depending on the scale of the project, I can also prepare a sketch and 3D model.
