Introduction: We prepare amazing barbecue with bold flavors you won't get anywhere else. All of our BBQ is cooked the old school way. Slow smoked with oak to perfection, no gas.
We specialize in brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and a whole lot more. All of our rubs and sauces are made in house and we don't do anything pre-made.

I have been to several events catered by Troy's Backyard, including a large wedding and family get togethers. He always has amazing food! He provides large portions, great food and reasonably priced! I would use him again and again for any event!

AWESOME!! Troy's Pulled Pork and BBQ sauces were amazing. Everyone at our party LOVED the food and Troy was great to work with. Our food arrived on time, was hot and delicious! Totally recommend Troy's Backyard BBQ!
