My partner and I have over ten years experience combined. We started T & P Property Maintenance, Restoration, and Beautification in the beginning of 2020. We offer a wide range of handyman, landscaping\outdoor space design and maintenance, and professional cleaning services required to maintain, restore, or beautify our clients’ properties. We do junk removal, pressure washing, outdoor spaces design and care, low pressure misting systems, interior and exterior painting, home organization, residential and commercial cleaning, rental turn overs and make-readies, and so much more. I am not good at this sort of thing. I'm not the type to write reviews. I did want to say something about Brady and Nathan with T & P Property Maintenance. These guys are hilarious, hard working, honest, and very talented. They started off doing my yard. They are now the only people I call to clean my house, all my landscaping, and complete and check off items on my never ending honey-do list. From pressure washing, gutter cleaning, handyman work like sheet rock or dripping faucet repair, to deep cleaning and home organizing and furniture arrangement, these guys are efficient, trustworthy, and highly recommended!

Two years ago I was looking for someone to clean my house weekly. A friend of mine gave me a business card for T&P Property Maintenance, Restoration, and Beautification. I gave them a call and spoke with Brady for the first time. Him and Nathan have been wonderful. They currently handle all my landscaping, cleaning, and staging for my house and my rentals. They are fast, hilarious, and thorough. My life is easier to maintain since I hired those guys. 5 stars to Brady Prikryl and everyone at T & P!
