Robyn is Certified in Basic Mediation and Family Mediation. She began mediating and consulting for companies she worked for. Having worked over 20 years in the staffing and recruiting industry, nationally and internationally for various industries, has allowed her to gain a unique perspective from the point of view of the business, the individual, and the client company. She has negotiated several disputes as an employee of the company and now provides this service to clients of her own. As an employee of the company, she had to make sure three parties were satisfied with the outcome, her employer, her contractor, and her employer's client. This takes creativity.
Robyn takes her time to get to know each party and understand their concerns and their goals. She is able to hear and understand each party and work to create a solution that everyone agrees with. This allows the parties to negotiate without the stress of doing it alone. As a neutral, Robyn will be able to maintain a level of professionalism to ease the mediation process.
