- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price may vary depending on the level of dirt, pet hair, sand, deep stains, or extreme conditions. Some permanent damage (deep scratches, burnt paint, chemical stains) cannot be completely removed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client must ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon time. The vehicle must be in a safe and accessible location for work. If the vehicle is not available upon arrival, a missed visit fee may apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
