Our pool was 20+ years old and was in need of full renovation. After new coping, tile, plaster and a redesign of the spa I barely recognize it. It’s so nice it makes me wish I had done it earlier. I would definitely use Regal again.

We wanted to remodel our pool and move the hot tub from the middle of the pool to the end. The original hot was quite large and constricted the middle of the pool. Deleting it and moving it to the end would open up the entire pool surface. I reached out to a few pool remodeling companies and they all told me it couldn't be done. Might as well start from scratch. However, when Regal Custom Pools came out for our meeting, the owner Mike Gajewski told me his team could make our vision a reality. Remove the existing spa and seamlessly tie in the new spa at the end of the existing pool. He took the time to explain the process and the engineering needed to make our remodel a reality! Plans were drawn up and Mike kept us informed every step of the way, easing our anxiety over this major project. He was always available for questions and frequently visited the job site to explain what was going on and the next steps involved. His skilled team did a masterful job removing the old spa and tying in the new spa to the existing pool framework. The final project looked like an original pool/spa build. No hint of a remodel. We couldn't be more pleased. Mike and his team delivered as promised and now we have the pool of our dreams. Teh before and after pictures says it all.

Regal Custom Pools designed a grotto for me to mesh with my existing pool, and built it to match the landscaping. Not an easy task when the pool wasn't really built for a grotto. They are a great company, and the owner is actively involved and honest as honest gets. If you need any pool services or pool landscaping, I can't recommend them enough.

Mike and his team are great to deal with. They handle all my pool maintenance and weekly chemicals. My pool is in great shape. Pool water always seems perfect. They handle any other maintenance or repairs quickly and they treat their customers great.

We have used Regal for 4 years for regular maintenance, and last year had them resurface and install new tile and coping. They have provided excellent service.
