Milton was very professional and did an outstanding job with his team for our new HVAC system. He makes sure you understand what you are choosing and is not high pressure which we appreciated. The system installed looks neatly organized upstairs and outdoors The energy saving SEER 20 unit is quiet . We added the Solaris for indoor air quality which he also had knowledge and experience installing Solaris. He is a very positive person and communicates well. It is a refreshing change. Milton is very professional, from the initial site visit and estimate to the completion of the project. He provided 3 different mini split system options and shared his honest opinions and pricing without pushing me in any particular direction. I did my own research and chose Mitsubishi, which he also preferred, though he never pressured me into it. After I signed the estimate, he was ready to install within 2–3 days. He arrived in the morning, walked me through the placement plan again for the units, ensured I was comfortable with it, and then completed the installation in about 3 hours with high-quality workmanship, just as he had estimated. I’m very happy with his work, have already recommended him to my neighbor, and will definitely use his services again.

Excellent service from Milton and his guys. When he came out to give us his opinion on a broken a/c, he was courteous and very professional. His prices were great plus the convenience of ordering the equipment we had selected and installing it so quick! We are happy we found Milton and will keep using him to service our systems.
