Greg and his partner repaired a fair amount of drywall damage in my garage that was created when an electrician dropped in some new outlets. He also fixed two large drywall stress cracks that had formed underneath an archway inside of my home which required texturing. Greg was a great communicator over email and on the day of service. He did excellent work for a reasonable price and I'd happily recommend his services to anyone who needs them.

Does his work with skill and experience. Our ceilings had 4 cracks in different areas. They now look like new. His preparation was done like a pro. He kept the areas isolated and there was no mess. He had it completed in 6 hours. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had Greg re-grout our tub enclosure. From the beginning Greg was very professional and showed up when he said he would. He even sent a reminder email prior to the day he was due to start on the project. He gave us an extremely fair price - in fact we paid him more because we thought his work deserved it. He said the job would take two evenings and that's how long he was here. He cleaned up after the job and the bathroom looks great. My only hesitation in giving a good review is that we're worried he will get too busy and not have time for our future projects!!

Throughout the entire experience, Greg maintained excellent communication leading up to the actual project. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was taught my profession from my father he was in this business for over 40 years and since I could walk he would take me to job sites. I tried other lines of work when I was young but I always ended up back with a hammer in my hand.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Although my jobs are always different it seems painting and drywall repair are constantly in need. Another project that I see a lot of is rotted wood repair. Wall paper removal is becoming very popular in the past few years so I see that fairly often as well. My profession gives me much variety and that's one of my favorite aspects of the job. This job is perfect, different people and projects all the time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I hear stories from customers all the time about hiring a contractor and giving a down payment to start and never hearing from the contractor again. I also heard of contractors taking draws on the work and basically taking more money out of the job than work completed so then they just walk away leaving the job undone. My point is you shouldnt give a contractor money before any work has been done and never pay out more money than work completed.
