Excellent service from the start. Heard a water drip first thing in the morning and by the time I got off work Dustin had my old water heater removed and a new unit installed and functioning. He also noticed my water softener sitting disconnected and asked about what was going on with it. In the past I was given a crazy quote to replace it, he did it for a third the cost and without any pressure to make a decision that day.
Hope I never have to call him in an emergency again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.
