Dustin replaced our water heater with a tankless after assessing our needs and recommending the best system for our site. Excellent service from the start. Heard a water drip first thing in the morning and by the time I got off work Dustin had my old water heater removed and a new unit installed and functioning. He also noticed my water softener sitting disconnected and asked about what was going on with it. In the past I was given a crazy quote to replace it, he did it for a third the cost and without any pressure to make a decision that day.
Hope I never have to call him in an emergency again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.

Dustin responded quickly to my thumbtack request for my hot water heater not heating. He was punctual and very professional. It turned out to be a simple fix but I’ll be sure to use him in the future when major problems occur. Also hire service fee is very reasonable
