Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. many jobs we do are self pay where the customer has a small damage he dosent want to claim on insurance or wants to just improve the looks or paint of a car. We also do classic and antique cars. Most bodyshops turn away these "non-insured" jobs but we take these jobs in and offer a great affordable price to the customer.
These jobs are followed by insured jobs where we complete them to the before accident state or more.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they have the latest technology in their equipment, an experienced staff, and that their painter and body staff is I-Car certified. Usually they will display those in the front reception area. We offer a positive pressure "Heated " Paint booth for that factory baked on paint. We have 2 computerized paint mixing stations where we can mix exact paint colors and any custom color you can dream up. We are I-Car Certified and have ase certified mechanis on staff.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The owner is involved and knowledgable about every aspect of the body shop. He watches over every job that is in the shop so that quality stays High. He can cover many issues that a standard body shop cant or wont do on your vehicle.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. 1. Its your right to have your vehicle fixed by your choice of shops.
2. There is no need for the ole "3 estimates" to gather from 3 different shops anymore.
3. Know that you can have the insurance cover what they agree to and if there are some other items on the car you would like to get done also on a self-pay , please let the bodyshop know ahead of time so those items might be less of a self-pay if their done at the time the insured work is being done, expecially other paint and body items.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have over 40 years in the business. We guarantee our work with a Lifetime Limited Warranty and we do the job to the customers satisfaction before their car ever leaves the facility.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The face of approval when a customer gets their car back looking like new again. The customer always worries if its ever going to look the same as it did before the crash.
When they show up with these fears and see their car like it was before the accident or better, They are so happy and relieved, it shows on their face.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How Long will I be without my car?
- Most cars have a turnaround of less than a week in our shop. At any given time their will be up to 3 techs working on the car till finished.
Will it look like it did?
- With the years of experience and the high quality equipment we have, usually it turns out better than expected. some even Happily comment " Wow, IS that MY Car".
If I leave my car now How do I get home?
- We will deliver you and your personal items to your home or work, and will pick you up when the vehicle is ready at NO Charge.
What if I dont agree with the Insurance companies estimate?
- You can have an independent appraiser come and estimate your vehicle. This is part of your Insurance policy usually called an "Agreement Clause".
Will you give me a warrany on your work?
- Yes, We offer a Written Lifetime Limited Warranty on all our work at no additional charge.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We recently took an older RV 90's Model a customer give us to re-do, it was in need of body work and a complete color change paint work. They wanted us to creat some graphics on it also. During the process the customer came to look at the RV and looking at the paint stripped down and the rough bodywork and prime work was asking " are you sure you know what your doing?".
A few days later returned for another look and saw the first rough new color dull bottom coat and was worried that was what it was going to look like. We assured the customer that we were in the basic color bottom coats before the painted graphics were to be layed down and it was not anywhere close to ready. Worried even more , they left.
This went on every couple of days, each time the customer would leave worried if their RV was was going to look worse or better .
Eventually They came to see the final job. Upon arrival they saw the completed RV for the first time and could not believe their eyes . They were jumping around so happy , calling friends to come and see their new RV. The Graphics were drawn by the owner and painted , not plastic decals , so they had a one of a kind look.

Since that job the customer has sent their friends to us for work.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. This is a very competitive profession. There are hundreds of bodyshops out there to do work on your car. Some good , some bad, some that only like insurance jobs and wont help you on anything else you may need. We However do insured or non insured . We also do specialty or classic work on vehicles.
Another issue is Insurance companies try to recommend you toward a bodyshop which may be to the insurance companies benefit, not yours, even though you as the insured have the legal right to choose the bodyshop you choose to use. You can bring your vehicle to us and we can handle everything for you and the insurance company. theres no need anymore for collecting 3 estimates like the old days.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Continued education is involved all in our field , expecially the safety of the enviroment around us.

If I have an RV, Travel Trailer or work trailer, can I bring them into your shop also?
Of Course, If it exist and needs bodywork or paint, we can fix it. We have even fixed a Pool Diving Board Before.
I have a car that I would like to pick my own color to be painted, Is that possible?
Yes, We have 2 computerized mixing stations with 2 different types of paint and can match or make any color thinkable.
