Nicole was wonderful to work with. From the beginning, she was responsive, professional, creative, and willing to collaborate with us as our vision evolved. We came to her with a very tight timeline, and she worked hard to create a meaningful and personalized celebration for our family.

She listened to our ideas, incorporated feedback, remained flexible throughout the process, and was committed to bringing our vision to life. Her positive attitude and willingness to work through several revisions made the experience enjoyable and collaborative.

The event was a wonderful success, and the décor helped create a memorable atmosphere for our guests and honorees. We received many compliments throughout the event, and when I asked the honoree what she thought of the decorations, her response was, "I thought it was AMAZING!"

Nichole was very responsive to my messages. She communicated with me and made sure the colors I chose were to my satisfaction. She came and efficiently assembled the frame and created the beautiful backdrop for my daughter’s bridal shower. Our guests were impressed with the balloon arch as were we. We had an amazing experience with Lady Luna Events! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The setup for my daughter’s first birthday was absolutely beautiful and truly brought our vision to life—it exceeded our expectations.
