- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No surprises here! We will give you flat fee for your entire event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*We like to meet with our clients to find out what they envision for their event and discuss ideas. *You will then be sent options for the decor for the event. You can pick and choose what you would like from the ideas we send over or if you prefer we can handle everything for you. You can be as involved as much as, or as little as you like! *Once we have a plan in place we will visit the venue and plan a layout. *After you give approval on the decor and layout we get started with the planning. That's when the magic begins!
