FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts in certain situations(returning customers, seasonal deals, packaging services, etc.). ******************************************************************** Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before the work has started. And any potential changes will be made clear from the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients and take the time to get a clear understanding of their expectations for the project. Look at pictures, color samples, discuss material options, etc. I prefer for all the decision makers to be present during our discussions, especially in the beginning because It’s my job to ask questions. I need to make sure all parties involved are on the same page and that we have a clear picture of the true job scope. This approach drastically cuts down on unforeseen issues once the project is underway!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
lol just about every type of customer you can think of. From large commercial clients to first time home buyers, customers who want be involved (very involved), and some that will just walk away. Customers with tons of questions and some that don’t care to ask questions as long as the end results meet or beat their expectations!! I’ve worked on a $60 million dollar home and I’ve done work to $30K house that needed some TLC! The one thing in common is each one wanted to know it had 100% of my attention and best work possible for their budget!
