- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer reaches out. Describes the situation at hand. We respond with any questions. That may help us, arrive better prepared. To perform work. Upon arrival- we walk through job. We asses the situation. Communicate with customer plan for performing work. Make sure all questions are answered. We do what we say we are going to do. Finish the job Customer is notified job is complete. Customer generally inspects work. Once approved we clean up and leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my father in automotive and remodel work. Graduated from Ocean Corporation as a commercial diver. Became a sprinkler fitter and worked installing commercial fire protection systems.
