- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I shop around on pricing and give you the best quote I can… can you sometimes find it less- yes, but you won’t find it with the amazing customer service that I can offer. I’m not from a big box store taking the lowest bid and rushing to get to my next job… I take my time and do it right… I want you to call me again!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will make contact on Thumbtack and chat about what work you need. I then will obtain some information and send you a written estimate. Once you approve the written estimate electronically we will get you on the schedule. You will receive a text of your scheduled service and a text when we are on our way. You will be able to text us with any questions through the whole process… and keep our number in case you need us again! Communication is everything!

15 years in apartment maintenance that came with so many classes and on the job experience on how to maintain and update your home.
