Took an on-call same evening request. Diagnosed problem immediately, and Repaired on the spot.
Issue: suddenly soundless system, =sadness.
I Thought it was a woofer failure from inadvertently tripping the wiring somewhere as it ran thru back into the trunk, maybe by overpacking the trunk too tightly or something.
Turned out to be a much simpler power cable failure. TJK shared these details with me, & even lowered his asking rate to match said findings. I, a simple layperson, wouldn’t have known the difference had it not been for this display of genuine transparency.
I’m sure I’m just a small fish in a large customer pool, but I will DEF use TJK in future wherever possible. Will also be adding to my personal referral network, where word of mouth on small/local business owners still reigns supreme. This Angie person with her fancy list can take a hike.. she ain’t homegrown.
In conclusion , I got an affordable service, received 1000% problem resolution, a super cool honesty surprise that saved me a chunk of $, I became a loyal new customer of TJK, and Most importantly: I can finally get back to dropping so much bass.. & melting my whole entire face completely off.

Travis was exactly what I needed. He helped me troubleshoot my cable situation and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He fixed what I asked him to and did the job for less than he quoted me because it was a quicker job than I thought was needed. Honest, quick, effective work. He was friendly and courteous.
