When I was ready to start shopping for a contractor to do some renovations in my living room I contacted quite a few contractors and handymen. Some gave me an outrageous bid for the work that was to be done and many didnt call me back at all! So when I contacted Renovation Systems they were prompt, courteous and very professional.
When I met with Bart (owner), I was pleasantly surprised. He suggested design ideas that I had not thought of and came in with a price that matched my budget. Renovation Systems finished the job with in the timeframe that they estimated and now I have a beautiful living room.
Since then, I have had Renovation Systems remodel both of my bathrooms and I could not be happier. Renovation Systems was the right choice for me. As soon as I can, I will have them do some deck remodeling.
This company has earned my trust and my future business!

Our projects with Bart and his company, Renovation Systems, started in 2004 when we wanted to replace the shed roof over the back porch. Bart designed and built a beautiful gable roof porch cover with lights, fan and railings. The design and construction blended perfectly with the house and we were totally pleased.
Bart did an complete remodel of our home in 2007 - 2008. This year-long project included our kitchen with all new cabinets, countertops, lighting, sink, garbage disposal, water filter. Bart raised the old dropped ceiling and added new lights.
The remodeling extended to all other rooms in the house and to the garage. The project involved all new exterior windows; exterior siding; interior doors, door and window framing and trim, crown molding, baseboards; new tubs and sinks; custom tiling in kitchen and baths and interior and exterior painting.
The project was conducted in a professional but friendly manner and we were always comfortable with the costs, schedule and progress. We altered the scope of the project a few times during the year and found Bart accommodating and reasonable in his prices
At the end of the renovation the house was beautiful and we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. We felt that Bart was as much a partner in the renovation as he was the contractor.
In 2009 Bart built a garden shed for storage of mowers and tools. He designed and built a great looking shed with a covered porch with railings. Not only is it completely functional but the appearance mirrors the appearance of the house.
In 2010 our house was flooded by Brushy Creek. After having the mud cleaned out and the wet sheet rock replaced we asked Bart to put the house back in the same beautiful condition it was in after the remodeling in 2007. Once again Bart and his team did excellent work and the house is beautiful again.
We also asked Bart to enclose the back porch to create a sun room. With the addition of walls, windows, a window seat and a heating/air conditioning unit our new sun room looks terrific. The cats love to curl up on the window seat in the sun.
The most recent project that Bart has done for us is to build a garden room/plant house. The garden room has windows all around and a large screened porch. Bart installed power and water so were able to include a sink, fans and lights. The design and finish of the garden room reflects the style of the house and it looks great in the yard.
We trust Bart's skill and judgment in all aspects of design, construction and project management. We would not hesitate to recommend Bart and Renovation Systems for a project of any size, scope or complexity.

Bart did a FANTASTIC job installing the siding on our house. We had built and finished the wall but needed the siding put on and painted. The end result was amazing! So glad we chose Renovation Systems.

Bart just finished renovating our dining room*. We were completely pleased with his work from start to finish. He came to our house to assess the job when he said he would. He submitted a bid the next day as he said he would. His bid was the middle of 3. The job required a very quick turnaround - he said he could get it done in the time allotted and he did. He is a meticulous craftsman who knows what he's doing; he has an excellent work ethic. His bid/bill was well thought out, not just a ballpark. When we provided paint he had expected to purchase, he backed it out of the cost. When we asked him to install a plug where we had not originally planned, he added it in. Oh, and he cleaned up each day of the job, which accounts for a lot when the job is in the middle of your house! Bottom line: we thought he was great and will definitely use him again!
* Job included installing 4 windows, moving around electrical, installing sheetrock, trimming it out and painting.
