My passion for organizing was born during my time as a Hollywood Television Executive, grinding through 16-hour days with one motto: "Get it done!" On weekends, I found my version of “relaxation” — working with high-profile clients to help bring order and a sense of “good” to their lives. After returning to Texas to raise my son I continued producing documentary and scripted films, I reignited that same drive for organization and built out to include other services. In Texas, I’ve worked with a range of clients including ranch estates, law offices, leasing and management firms, and private residences — even serving as a House Manager for two luxury properties. AMAZING!!! I could not recommend Roxane more! Talk about “get it done”!! Not only does she strategize and bring tons of great ideas that made the spaces so much nicer…but she physically does it!! She spent most of Saturday and Sunday with me. We organized the master closet, master bedroom, bathroom, front entry, and two home offices. The transformation was dramatic. Other organizers I talked to wanted to do a lot of steps (surveys, a look over, discussion about project…. Then scheduling!). I needed to do it when I was still motivated (and my husband was out of town). She contacted me right away, and came the following day.
I think she is the perfect person if you want to get it to done more than want it perfect.
Other things I loved:
- I never felt judged by my messy disorganization.
- She used the organizers that I already had (baskets, bins, etc) that I already had. I didn’t have to buy a ton of new things.
- She would do ANYTHING- including helping me empty bags of little odds and ends.
- She was enjoyable to be around.
- It was DONE when she left.
