- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We also have a seven year warranty on all of our new re-roofs, and a seven-year warranty on all of our roofing repairs… we strive for excellence! We do free roofing bids and free roofing repair estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will introduce ourselves, and get straight to your roofing needs! We will do a free roof inspection, and work up a roofing inspection report, let you know if you have hail damage/wind damage, and or if you need a new roof. And in many cases just a roof repair or roof repairs, will need to be done. We have been in the business since 1993.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the roofing business since 1993. In the event of you needing a new roof, we will be happy to meet with your insurance specialist, on your roof, to go over things with them that we see and find. Or in the event of it’s just some roofing repairs, but either way we will discuss everything with you, step-by-step, that needs to take place in order for you to have a watertight roof again!
